Nanay's Pancit Malabon
About This Spot
Nanay’s Pancit Malabon sits quietly on a corner of Gov. Pascual Avenue, welcoming visitors with the unassuming charm of a beloved neighborhood gem. There’s a gentle buzz around the space—soft conversations, the occasional clatter from the kitchen, and the steady rhythm of locals gathering here for a shared moment over a familiar comfort food. It’s the kind of place that feels like a pause in a busy day, inviting you to savor time as much as the food.
The atmosphere is warmly unpretentious, echoing the spirit of Malabon itself. While the space isn’t swelled with fancy décor or sprawling dining rooms, it carries a distinct sense of history and home. Imagine an old-school neighborhood spot where stories overlap with the scent of savory broth and freshly cooked noodles—the kind of place that feels both quietly bustling and intimately familiar at once.
When your order arrives, it’s more than just a meal—it’s a carefully crafted moment that speaks of tradition. The signature Pancit Malabon arrives laden with generous toppings that nod to local flavors, a comforting balance that never feels overwhelming or overdone. The sauce, just right in its embrace, coats each bite with a warm tang that lingers at the edges of taste and memory. Smaller offerings like Puto Pao add a soft, nostalgic counterpoint, bridging savory and sweet in familiar harmony.
Being here also means sharing in a rhythm that's a little slower, a little more deliberate. There’s a mindful quality to the wait as dishes are freshly prepared, and the gentle hum of accommodating staff softens the pause. It reminds you that some things—like a well-loved recipe or a neighborhood tradition—are worth waiting for. Visitors often circle back, drawn not only to the taste, but to the comforting feeling of belonging that Nanay’s quietly fosters.
Parking may be scarce, and the spaces modest, but that only adds to its authenticity—just a small corner house where neighbors and curious visitors alike gather. Whether you come to reminisce over old flavors or to find a new favorite in Malabon’s culinary landscape, Nanay’s offers a sincere, heartfelt slice of local life captured through its signature noodles and welcoming presence.

Highly recommended by locals, Nanay's Pancit Malabon is a Malabon institution. The Pancit was topnotch, with a generous amount of pork, shrimps, squid and sliced boiled eggs with the signature Malabon sauce. Yummy! Been a repeat customer several times over.

My hubby is not a fan of pansit malabon but he said that Nanay’s pancit malabon is so good and that he liked it! The sauce is just enough which I love because I dont like my pancit saucy. I can say that this is the best pansit malabon i’ve tried so far

Quaint and homey old school Pancit Malabon hole in the street corner Delicious legit pancit malabon with real old home feels. Spent a wonderful afternoon with close friends over delicious Pancit Malabon fix! No parking area, this is truly a house in a street corner. A must try!

If you want to eat authentic pansit malabon then you have to get it from Nanay’s. We got the smallest bilao good for 6 people and costs P300. Waiting time for them to prepare your bilao is about 5-10 minutes. Staff is accommodating but I hope they could talk about Nanay to their guests or at least allocate a spot where you can read about the history of the store.

Still the best Pancit Malabon for us! They serve generous toppings — boiled eggs, shrimp, pusit, pechay baguio and pork. Expect a bit of waiting time if you're doing a walk-in order, which is understandable given the number of customers they handle daily. They also close early, around 5 PM, so plan your visit accordingly.

The best pansit malabon we have eaten in the country. Their special puto is also recommended. Parking is just beside the road. They gave security guard so it feels safe. Affordable food.

One of the best Pancit Malabon's in Metro Manila. Place almost has no parking (better ask their guard for help). They also have no A/C but tables are nicely spaced. Definitely worth the visit if you're in Malabon. Highly recommended.

Jan 3, 2021. I was on a Sunday leisure motor scooter ride when I heard about this place. The original plan was to visit Belly’s resto but I was too early and it had no opened yet. Deciding to have some rice porridge (lugao) across the road, I happened to ask what the best pancit Malabon was in town. “Nanay’s” they said. Looked in Google Maps and found it wasn’t too far. So here are the pics. I ordered a single serve portion of Pancit Malabon and two lumpiang ubod/sariwa. To go. Were they good? Very!
